Hi, I’m Holly—the photographer behind Pix by Holly. I believe photos are more than just images. They’re time capsules—preserving the people, milestones, and moments that define your story.
My journey with photography began when I was a freshman in college. I had just gotten my first camera, a Canon T3 with a simple fifty-millimeter lens, and I brought it everywhere. I photographed everything I could—buildings, bugs, people, quiet moments—most of it imperfect, but all of it fueled by curiosity and a desire to learn.
Everything changed one Sunday morning when a fire broke out in the small town where my grandparents lived. I had my camera with me, as always, and documented the scene as volunteer fire departments came together to protect the surrounding businesses. Those images became my first documentary project—and the first time I truly understood the power of photography. It wasn’t just about taking pictures. It was about preserving something meaningful.
That moment shaped the way I approach photography today.
Whether I’m working with families, seniors, couples, professionals, or businesses, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel authentic, timeless, and deeply personal. I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully present, knowing that the moments we capture will be preserved for years to come.

1. Please visit my Services page and click on the button for the category that best fits your needs. On that page you will find a listing of available packages and pricing options as well as the inquiry form which will begin the process to book your consultation and photo shoot.
2. You can pick your date and schedule your session directly online. If you would like help with picking a location or booking a studio I have lots of great places that I can recommend! Please Note that some locations have booking, permit or entrance fees to photograph there. If your requested location incurs additional fees, that additional cost falls upon the client. It is not included in the standard booking rate.
3. I will walk you through the process step by step (everything from what to wear to how to stand) but ultimately, we are a team collaborating together to capture something beautiful- if you get an idea for a fun pose, prop, or location, I'd love to help you bring that vision to life!
